As our Installation, Calibration & Service Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our technical team. This includes coordinating installation projects, conducting regular calibrations, and providing timely maintenance to our machinery. You will work closely with our production teams to ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

• Oversee the installation, calibration, and maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Lead and mentor a team of technical experts, providing guidance and support
• Ensure all installations and calibrations are performed to the highest standards of quality and safety
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment failures
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures

• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation, calibration, and maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams
• Certification in relevant technical standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI, or other industry-specific certifications)
• Strong knowledge of technical software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
