📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate packaging machines and equipment to ensure products are packaged efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
• Follow packaging guidelines and standards to maintain consistency and meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to manage inventory and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Report any issues or defects in the packaging process to the supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training new employees and maintaining a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in packaging or similar roles.
• Familiarity with packaging machines and equipment, such as shrink wrap machines, sealing machines, and labeling equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality control procedures.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift and move heavy packages.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
• Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
