Operations Manager - Facilities & Property Management

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, and that our guests and staff have a seamless experience.

In this role, you will work closely with our property managers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that our properties are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, including hotels, resorts, and other commercial properties.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of property managers, maintenance staff, and other operational personnel.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Develop and maintain budgets and financial reports for operational activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a management position.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple properties and teams.
• Strong knowledge of property management software, such as Yardi, Oasis, or similar systems.
• Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
