📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment processes, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and best practices.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Work closely with department heads to understand business needs and align HR initiatives accordingly.
• Monitor HR metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with HR trends and industry best practices, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing HR teams and driving HR strategies in a fast-growing organization.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with logistics and delivery industry is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
