🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical services, with a proven track record in leading technical teams.
Certifications in relevant technical areas, such as Cisco, Microsoft, or CompTIA, are a plus.
Strong understanding of industry trends and technologies, including AI, IoT, and blockchain.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor technical teams.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in developing and implementing technical strategies for large-scale projects.
Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
