Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and implement solutions that meet the needs of our clients and partners.
  • Work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure that our solutions are effectively communicated and supported.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the tech industry.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow their careers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions are aligned with our overall business strategy.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our clients and partners.
  • Participate in sales cycles to ensure that our solutions are effectively positioned and sold.
  • Continuously improve our solutions and processes to ensure that we are delivering the highest possible value to our clients and partners.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical or solutions architecture role.
  • Strong understanding of Elastic's products and technologies.
  • Proven track record of success in designing and implementing solutions that drive business value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
