📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage hardware design projects from concept to production, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to develop innovative and efficient hardware solutions.,Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure design integrity and compliance with industry standards.,Develop and maintain design documentation, including schematics, board layouts, and BOMs, to support manufacturing and assembly processes.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement best practices in hardware design.,Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in hardware design and manufacturing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in hardware design, with a strong background in electronic manufacturing services (EMS) preferred.,Proven track record of leading complex hardware design projects and delivering high-quality outputs.,Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software, such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics.,Strong understanding of electronic components, PCB design, and manufacturing processes.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including IPC, UL, and RoHS.,Ability to travel as required for client visits and project meetings.
