Lead and contribute to the development of creative concepts and design strategies for our multinational campaigns and brand identity projects,Create visually compelling and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with project goals and client requirements,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge,Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills,Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase and defend design decisions,Manage and deliver design projects on time and within budget

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field,5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools,Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout,Experience working on multinational campaigns and brand identity projects,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
