Develop and implement digital learning strategies to enhance the learning experience for students.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective digital content.,Ensure that all digital content is aligned with industry best practices and educational standards.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital learning initiatives to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital learning and education.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the Digital Content & Learning Experience team.,Work closely with the marketing team to promote our digital learning initiatives.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of our digital learning initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in digital learning, e-learning, or instructional design.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital learning initiatives.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using digital learning platforms and tools.,Familiarity with educational standards and regulations in Asia.
