📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers at the sales counter.,Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Promote and recommend medical products to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Conduct regular sales reports and updates.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with medical products and services is a plus.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to use basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods.
