📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.,Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a database of candidates for future hiring needs.,Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.,Provide support to the HR team in other recruitment-related tasks.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
