📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the poultry farm and toll processing facility, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of farm and processing staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Implement and monitor sustainable practices to ensure the well-being of the poultry and the environment.
• Develop and execute strategies for continuous improvement in farm and processing operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage inventory and procurement to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in poultry farm management and toll processing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing poultry operations and toll processing facilities.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in poultry farming and processing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using farm management software such as FarmSight, AgriWeb, or similar.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and environmental standards relevant to poultry farming and processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
