CV Melati Emas is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing payroll, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. If you are a recent graduate or have limited experience in accounting and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your accounting skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Ability to speak and write in English and Indonesian is a plus.
