📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and coordinating the distribution of products to retail outlets and customers.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.,Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Preparing and analyzing sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or distribution, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.,Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays, as required.
