📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and reduce stockouts.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to facilitate smooth warehouse operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.,Manage warehouse equipment and ensure it is well-maintained and operational.,Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and processes.,Proven experience in managing warehouse staff and leading teams.,Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer software and inventory management tools.
