📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting regular audits of financial transactions and inventory records to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and implement improvements in financial processes and inventory management.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on financial compliance and inventory management best practices.
• Utilizing audit software such as SAP and Oracle to streamline audit processes and improve data accuracy.
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in financial compliance and inventory management.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the finance and inventory management departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial auditing, compliance, or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and inventory management practices.
• Proficient in using audit software such as SAP and Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in financial auditing or compliance (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
