Assistant Production Manager - Veneer Manufacturing

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage daily production schedules to meet target outputs
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and analyze production data using SAP ERP and MES
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines
• Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the wood processing industry
• Proven experience with SAP ERP and MES
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with veneer manufacturing processes and equipment
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
