📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Prepare and cook food for daily operations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in special event preparations and catering services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
