Mechanical Design Engineer - Machine Design Specialist

Indonesia Bakery Family is seeking a talented and innovative Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical systems and components for our bakery equipment. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and oversee the entire design process using industry-leading tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ANSYS. You will also collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure seamless integration of components and systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for bakery equipment, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) using ANSYS to ensure the structural integrity and performance of designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to align design solutions with business objectives.
• Oversee the prototyping and testing phases, ensuring designs meet performance and safety criteria.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to facilitate the production of high-quality components.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on bakery equipment or similar industries.
• Proven expertise in CAD software, including AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) tools such as ANSYS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to bakery equipment.
