We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our team at Hotel Sari Coffee. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our hotel, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice to the management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team to support business decisions.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting principles and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and accounting principles.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
