As a Lead HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR activities to ensure a positive and productive work environment. You will work closely with the management team to implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and values.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.,Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and values.,Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, and work to resolve them in a timely and appropriate manner.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Oversee the company's benefits and compensation programs to ensure they are competitive and attractive to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
