- Lead the development and implementation of Value-Added Products (VAPs) to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth through strategic initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product expansion.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of VAP initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to foster long-term business growth.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product expansion, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing strategic projects.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
