📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance to management.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures in the distribution process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong understanding of distribution and logistics principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP or distribution management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
