📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee IT infrastructure and ensure seamless operations across multiple locations.
- Lead and mentor IT teams, providing guidance and support.
- Implement and manage IT solutions using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
- Collaborate with business units to align IT strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor and optimize IT performance, ensuring high availability and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT management roles.
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar relevant certifications.
- Proven track record of leading IT teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
